ASC V.6 Freezes

ASC did an update to version 6.

It's just stuck on scanning - I add the screen shot.

I try to go back and download ASC 5 (5.4.0.257).

It only show DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS for Advanced SystemCare Professional 6.0.7.160:

 

I did a clean/delete all the relevant files/folders of ASC5 or any ASC from my PC. Re-install a Clean Installed ASC6 still the same issue.

I also have a license for my copy of Advanced SystemCare Pro v5.

 

So if I can get some help on getting ver. 6 to work or go back to ver. 5 until 6 issue is resolved.

Please try unticking the automatic repair you show in the screenshot

And see how the program reacts to this.

Uncheck Automatically repair. Still want move.

Check the forum first for help and did not find any answer.

 

The only way to get it to run right now is to put my PC in Safe Mode.

Run good in safe made.

Items I turn off

AVG Antivirus: still would not run

ZoneAlarm: still would not run

SuperAntiSpyware: still would not run

Please kindly follow the steps below to help us look into the issue:

 

1. Download our improved file from http://wikisend.com/download/848110/ASC.exe.

 

2. Use the new ASC.exe to replace the original one under the installation directory of Advanced SystemCare 6.

 

3. Run ASC V6 again to see whether the issue is solved or not.

I found a copy of ASC 5 (5.4.0.257).

Out of town this week. I will try the New ASC.exe when I get back.
