When i start my asus laptop ASC 6 Performance monitor shows me like that results of my CPU,RAM... http://www.picz.ge/img/s3/1308/26/2/27e695e70901.png

 

CPU up to 100% after downs is that normal?

The picture of your ASC monitor appears quite normal. It is also possible for your pc cpu to reach 100% during bootup, depending on how many programs are loading and how large they are. Once the cpu then drops to normal usage, everything should be fine. You can call up your task manager (press:ctrl, alt, esc, at the same time) and it will show you the item responsible for the high cpu usage. You can then decide if you want to delay the offending item during the bootup stage.
