Yes, it was not very clear. I think the user wants to know is what does the Smart Silent Technology setting do.

My understanding is that it enables the program to run in the background without interfering with other programs (Silent).

It also tracks system resources and power usage and adjusts itself so that it does not use too much system resources and does not take resources from other programs.

It stops operation if you switch to battery power in order to conserve energy.
