Problem information about Driver scan

Hello everybody.

 

When trying out the Driver scan (with a view to buying a few multi PRO licences or not) the small page appeared to be hard at work searching but after 10 mins with no result, I decided to Close it. "Close" no reaction, X no reaction, Ctrl Alt Del no reaction on Cancel (to see what was wrong) but it did disappear on Close.

I tried it all again with the same result.

I reckon something needs fixing.

Not encouraging !

You have posted in Advanced Systemcare V4. This is a very old version. If you are still using this version, you might consider updating to the latest version and running the scan again.

Also, you should complete the information in your profile, detailing which Iobit programs you have and which versions.

I agree, is there a reason why you stil want to use version 4 if I may ask?
