Advance System Care 8 causes problem with bluetooth

after i scannned and repaired my pc using ASC 8 the incomming of bluetooth files stopped and the 'Send To - bluetooth' context menu also Disappeared.

i have seen the same problem since ASC 4. What should i do?

Hi Anurag, sorry to see this for you. You might wantto run an ASC Diagnose Report ahead so they can probably used this upon investigation.

Please take instructions below to see whether the issue can be solved:

1. Please exit ASC from the system tray
   
2. Please download ASC_FIX.zip from http://wikisend.com/download/377778/ASC_FIX.zip
   
3. Unzip the downloaded file, then double click on ASCFixTool.exe to run it
   
4. Click Fix Error button
   
5. After step 4, please open ASC, only select Registry Fix under Care tab to do the scan and repair
   
6. If the issue continues, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe
   

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Even my Bluetooth has stopped working immediately after updating its driver by the Driver Booster(Trail version; now free version). Even though my Bluetooth settings are showing "it is working properly", it couldn't connect with other Bluetooth devices and vice-versa. My computer really could do nothing with that Bluetooth.

I'm so disappointed because I just lost a link between my pc and my other devices.

These problems have arisen right after updating my Bluetooth driver.

 

I have mailed you, gave feedback to you so many times, and my disappointment increased when no one responded.

I hope you would give a proper solution to my problem so that Bluetooth could work properly.

First thing to do when you require assistance is to post in the correct Forum....which in this case should be Driver Booster not ASC.

If you go now to the Driver Booster forum you will see many posts with the same or similar issue and the solution.
