Temperature readings in Windows 10

Recommended Posts

After upgrading to Windows 10 it appears that ASCU 8 has decided that I dont need to see temp readings in Performance Monitor anymore.....-)

This has happened on my desktop machine and also 2 laptops. I cant seem to find a way of getting it back?

Hi John S,

I confirm that too for ASC8 in Win 10.

On the other hand, temperatures supposed to work in Windows 10 with ASC9, but there must be a bug there also, as it asks to send a note to IObit about failing to show the temps.

Cheers.

@ enoskype, thanks very much for your timely reply.

@ John S,

ASC Ultimate v8 does not support to show temperature in Windows 10 currently. The later ASC U 9 will support this feature.

Thanks for your support. By the way, our newly released ASC v9 works great with Windows 10, you can try it from http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare_9.html

Welcome feedback.:-)

@ John S.

Please note that ASC V9 is presently a Beta version.

Hi Cicely,

I hope my point of temperatures of ASC9 not working in Win 10 Pro 64 bit is taken into account.

Cheers.

Hi Cicely,

Yes, the issue occurs on my laptop Dell Precision | M6700 with ASC9 in Win 10 Pro, which was OK with ASC8 in Win 8.1 Pro.

Cheers.

Dear enoskype,

Thanks. Please help us investigate the issue with the steps below:

1. Download the demo from http://wikisend.com/download/739650/PMDemo.zip and unzip it.

2. Double click Test.exe to run it.

3. Please send us the screenshot of the Test screen and the dump.txt file generated in the same folder for our further investigation.

Thanks in advance.
