I noted that the number of problems reflected by the software at the conclusion of processing appears greater than the summation of the results of the individual utilities. Additionally, the 'Disk Optimization' remains at 100% for so long, that I get the urge to skip it, feeling the utility is frozen.

However, your conclusions seem to be a little vague. You say "appears greater" which suggests that you are not certain. Did you actually do the addition for all results, and if so then it would be "are greater" rather than appears. Or did you just make an educated guess.

Additionally, some figures/examples would also help in the analysis.
