Advanced Systemcare and Scentinel License Key

Recommended Posts

We have a customer using Advanced Systemcare 12.5 on a PC which has Articad installed. Articad uses the Scentinel License key system. Whenever Advanced Systemcare scan is run, the Scentinel Key is removed, thus stopping Articad from loading. We have determined that the Registry Scan is the cause of this problem. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix to the problem?

Articad have reissued new product keys so far to generate the Scentinel HASH key, but have advised not to use Advanced Systemcare.

Check the Registry Clean settings to see if the Deep Clean function is enabled.

If it is then Disable it and see if that solves the issue. The Deep Clean function is very aggressive and can cause issues.

Also, you can use the |gnore List in ASC settings to prevent specific items from being scanned.
