Messages file *C:\Programs Files (x86)\IObit\AdvancedSystemCare.msg* is missing. Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program.

How do I fix this issue please?

I Have reinstalled ASC Ultimate twice and i still get this error message.

This issue is usually caused by your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program removing the file, due to a false positive detection.

You should check in your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program quarantine and see if the file is there. If so you should be able

to restore it. If it is not in the quarantine of your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program then....

You should temporarily disable your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program, then reinstall ASC.

If the install now woks, you can re-enable your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program(s).....and whitelist (or put in the Ignore list)

the  AdvancedSystemCare.msg file. This will stop your Anti-virus/Anti-malware program from removing it in future.

Does the issue persists?

If yes, please try the steps below to solve the issue.

1. Uninstall Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 14 from your computer.

2. Delete the file Advanced SystemCare.msg (You can find the file according to the path mentioned in the error message).

3. Restart your computer.

4. Download and reinstall Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 14.

If the issue still persists after the above steps, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us.

There are no files showing in quarantine of either program.

Do you still receive this error message "Messages file *C:\Programs Files (x86)\IObit\AdvancedSystemCare.msg* is missing"?
