Lost license and disabled email

Hello,

i'm trying to recover my licenses of bought iobit products. Normally you can fill in your e-mail adres you bought the licenses with.
My problem is that the email account i bought the licenses with is no longer accesable. It is disabled by microsoft for unknown reasons.

How do i retrieve my licenses?

Surely, the first step would be to find out why your email account is disabled by microsoft, and get that sorted.

Then you can easily recover your licences.
