Potential scam using IO Bits info

Hi all, I'm in the UK and have just had a disturbing call from a hidden number.
They had my details and knew I had an IOBIT product and claimed that the IOBit server had crashed and they due to the loss of service they wanted to refund the license fee and needed account details for the refund.

After telling them I was quite happy to let it run and didn't need a refund they insisted that if I didn't cancel then my contract would be automatically renewed at a cost of £290.00.

Naturally I just ignored their demands but  I am concerned as to how they got the information.

Has anyone else received a similar call?
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the IOBit fraud team?

It is a scam. Please do not trust any unknown calls. IObit will not call our users directly. If we need to communicate with our user, we will communicate with them by Email. Thus, the one who called you is just a scam. Happy to hear that you did not trust them.
