New Software health

So I got the update today and got this new Software health thing which I thought sounded cool. I did the scan so I could check out all it had to offer and it found numerous issues with my installation files and so I wanted to see what those issues were before doing any fix and your software provides ZERO explanation!! Um what the eff??? Do you actually think ppl will just blindly let you screw with installation files without you explaining what the issue is and are you going to delete them or what? Because I am not ok with that, like at all. Like you do not necessarily need an explanation for every file but an explanation on what exactly is being scanned for and what is going to be done about it would be nice.

Hello,

this day I found and used Software Health. I tried it and did not see any use and fact. When I opened this tool the sacond time, I found the result GUT (well in german) hiden on the left side. My opinion: PUT IT ON THE RIGHT SIDE, WHERE YOU START THE SOFTWARE HEALTH. This way you find the result.

If it is connected to restore (if the program ruins something) I hope, but I do not knoiw.

OK so I have list of Software that this applet finds.image.thumb.png.22cba2d83120d0d5f76236f1f200b5af.png

I clicked on details ..

it shows me a list of install files located in my download folder.

it does not say what is to be done with them just that they are marked to be fixed. it kinda has that vibe that they are to be deleted, like a dogs balls when they are FIXED.

A little more information would be nice, we are not the tech's that wrote the software so we done know what you intend to do with our files, the reason we are using your software is because we dont understand what is good or bad in the depths of Windows.. and the mirriad of software companies putting things on ouir computers during installof what we think is valued software.
unless somebody flags something as we are installing this aswell.

If I was a software Engineer I probably would not be using your software to help me keepo my system running sweet.. So please you really shold employ someone that is not an engineer to explain things a little better.
your users manual is lacking, with NO information about the tools in your liburary, save a note thats the same as the popups. we look for manuals for full disclosure of software, and usually only at a last resort.. so it should have clear details of whats going on in the Applets.

Thanks Chris

(I do love what you do but you need to be clearer)

So did you click on the details link, and if not...why not?

Yes I did click the Details link.. and it gave a me a list of the install files but no indication of the action that was going to be proformed and and why..
I dont wish to delete files from my downloads folder.. Those files are stored there as thats where things get installed from it's moved to a seperate disk (not on C anymore), so that if I need to reinstall software again I dont need to go get it again.. I only need to get updates..
Some of this software is HIGH value Licenced software for Busness.. one of whick costing $10,000 dollars with High price maintence fee's.. so it needs to be kept on my PC..

maybe the ability to white list that folder as don't look in hear would be nice...

I just checked in the product manual (just to be sure) and it states clearly there what will be performed.

In your case it says...."Clean installation files to free up more disc space"

You are using the Software Health function and you must decide what you want to do.

So in your case, you will obviously Not click the fix button.

Every time i reboot my pc then run software health the same faults are repeated every time .Uninstallation leftovers reappear like clockwork despite supposedly been "fixed" .The stubborn program remover also supposedly removes said program, files yet they resurface after every boot.Load of crap which i actually subscribed and paid for. Revo uninstaller actually removes the programs unlike this program.
