fails to load at Win10 startup

yeah i've reinstalled to try and correct the load with windows issue with no success. it was loading fine and now it won't. thx!

Hi Cicely! yes i do indeed have the startup with windows checked. i unchecked it,uninstalled, restarted my system, reinstalled and box rechecked it still will not load with windows. won't appear in the startup menu either.

Have you checked in Controlled Folder Access in Windows to see if windows has blocked access?

I couldn't find any reference to Smart Defrag in that directory.

Sorry. I do not understand what you mean when you say..Directory.

Controlled Folder Access is a Windows utility.

yes of course i couldn't find any reference to S.D. in the utility. sorry for the mistake.
