Driver Booster Made My Laptop Unable Start The Windows

Hi everyone 

I need your help guys, I tried three different restore points and safe mode but none of that worked. Any ideas to make Windows start again?

Thanks for replying but unfortunately, I can't 

 

I'm trying to fix it by command prompt now (any other solution would be most appreciated) 

 

I tried the method mentioned at the video below step by step (I don't know if it's going to work or not) but I got two different messages at the late stages

First one is "path not found - c:\boot" when I type the following, attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s

Second one is "the system cannot find the file specified" when I type the following, ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old (but I think if I could find solution to the previous error message, this one could go away)
