Cancelling renewal

I've used these products for years, but I will NOT be renewing again.  The intrusive advertisements for updating etc popping up during games, during movies, and other times is so annoying that it negates the value of the tools.

Someone needs to learn to not annoy existing customers or they become past customers.

I want to cancel auto renewal, which is supposed to take place this week. I cannot find any way to do that. Please send me instructions. If I don't hear from you, I will just cancel the charge on my credit card. Is that the only way to stop?
