Error message after updating DB

I received an error message just after I finished receiving today's update of the AV database.

 

Not sure why, when the update installed seemed to have installed fine?

Which version of Windows are you using on that computer?

Do you have all the Service-patches and updates installed, for Windows?

AdvancedSystemCare with Antivirus

 

I downloaded the beta and installed it and for me, I did not have any trouble with the the program. I am running Norton 360 and I used the step to blend both of the anitvirus and my Norton 360. Everything worked great. I did not have an error message.

Please tell us what other security solutions you have installed on the same computer and your operating system.

 

Please also check whether there is bugreport generated in the program installation folder, usually: C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus 2012
