Halloween Trick?

I have used IObit products for some time but let them lapse when I was between computers. Today I signed up for the 'Halloween' sale which CLEARLY says it is for the PRO products. On downloading I see that it is not the PRO products and IObit wants another $80 or so to 'upgrade' from 'free' to 'PRO'. Halloween is known for tick or treat. This is not a treat.

As to your issue: You are quoting your issue in $, but your payment link clearly shows the amount in E (euros).

Nowhere, do you show where Iobit asked for an extra $80. In order to assist you we need this information.

Thank you for moving it the correct forum.

I am in Canada.  The transaction and receipt are in dollars.  It must be somewhere in your system that it converts to Euros.

Here is the product that I downloaded in response to the 'PRO' ad above

Also, when I click on 'FREE' in the first screenshot I get 

 

I can show the same screenshots for Smart Defrag PRO, IObit Uninstaller PRO, and Advanced System Care PRO

So, in summary, I responded to an ad for four PRO apps (in the first post) and received four 'Free' apps with offers to upgrade them to PRO for more money.
