Dialog boxes should be kept simple so as to avoid using additional resources and making the overall program bigger. It would be sad to see ASC go the same route as firefox and MS went, and become bloated. It is a brilliant and compact program and long may it remain so.

New designs are always welcome, but for me personally, not really necessary. Looking at the same UI day after day may get boring, but as long as the program works, I'll live with it.

 

Maybe someone could develop an UI where you can use a picture you like as a background like what is done with desktop backgrounds.
