    According to the log, we didn't find the dump file which contains the cause of BSOD. In this case, we suggest you keep an eye on your pc. Does this problem happen again after you rollback the driver? If it doesn't happen again, you can just ignore this driver in Driver Booster. If it happens, please use the tool to collect the information and also give us more details about the operation before the problem. The more you can offer, the easier we find the solution.

    What exactly is it that you are not clear about?   You can't possibly want a screenshot of your own "Care" Scan page?

    Advanced SystemCare "Care" page has a Privacy Sweep election.  It must be selected in Manual Mode (after the sweep, in order to delete any Privacy Traces, the affected browser must be closed).   NOTE: I am NOT referring to the election in Settings / AutoCare / Privacy Sweep.  And I am NOT referring to the election under Protect for Anti-Tracking, NOR any of the selections under Protect for Browser Protection.  Instead, I am referring to doing the sweep (exactly as is done in Manual Mode) for Privacy Traces AUTOMATICALLY (if so elected in ASC Settings, as proposed) UPON the closure of any browser, provided ASC is resident in Windows' System Tray (such as election at Windows Startup).  That's is what another software has been able to program. 

    Again, why can't ASC have that added as an option?  Is IOBit unable to program it?

After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

    When your PC is formatting, reinstalling, upgrading the system, or replacing HD, Motherboard, CPU, etc., you may need to reactivate the Pro version. But you do not need to pay for it again. Please refer to https://www.iobit.com/en/transferproduct.php to activate your Pro version again.

    Sorry for the issue you encountered.

    Please download and reinstall the latest version of ASC Ultimate from the link below to check again.

    And please choose the third option "Add to Ignore List" in the popup window to add the file to the ignore list. Then this file will not be reported again.
