    Could you please check whether the mouse works if you uninstall the driver AMD USB3.1 Host Controller - 1.1 in Driver Booster or device manager?

    It seems that there is no problem with your blue tooth  Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R), Vern = 20.100.10.11. It is not updated by Driver Booster recently.

    There is error code 28 with Logitech Cordless Device. Is Logitech device unable to connect to the computer? What series/model is the Logitech device? Please speciufy it so that we can look for corresponding driver for you.

    For the sound problem, first please make sure that you have installed the newest version of Driver Booster from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/driver_booster_setup.exe. Then load Driver Booster >> click the Tool icon on the left side of the main screen>> select the tool Fix No Sound.

It's gone from something that worked for more customers to less like third-party apps that have silly, unintended bugs.

    I want a possible solution to be able to click ok again or to allow me to download a previous version since these problems are not understandable in the middle of 2023!!!

    Please take some relevant screenshots of the issue and send the screenshots to us for further checking.

    And please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.
