  1. @sdean7855, @sdean7855, @marcusnielsenAs I mentioned in many my other post as follows:

At present, we are partnered with iTop VPN to help promote its product iTop VPN or iTop Screenshot.

If you do not want these programs, please just do not forget to uncheck the checkbox during your installtion and then you will not installed the unwanted one.Sorry these marketing stragies bring you unconvenience, we have forwarded your concern to our product team and market team.

They will consider this kind of marketing activities and make a better balance in future.

@all, if you still have the similar issues, hope you can read the post first.

Hope my explanation is able to assist you. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.

  2. Hello Fitnesspm,

Sorry to hear that. Do you mean whether the manual defrag or Auto Defray stops? If it is Auto Defrag, I guess it is possibly because you have ticked the checkbox "Pause Auto Defrag when resource usage exceeds ". Here is a screenshot for your reference. If you have ticked it, you can try to check whether the problem is fixed if you untick it.

But, if you mean the manual defrag, we guess there is something wrong. If so, please let me know which method you used to defrag. Please try other defrag method to check how it works.

    Waiting for your reply.

  3. Hi rewalston,

Do you mean the system disks?

If you mean it is on the system disk, it is very normal as the fragmentations are created all the time when the system is running. Smart Defrag is unable to detect the newly created fragmentations. As a result, it will find thousands of fragmentations just after Smart Defrag finishes the defrag.

    Hope it can help you.

I have had the same problem, Version 14.3 was the last one that displayed the temperatures and fan speed on my MSI Z590-A Pro motherboard.

Sorry for that. Currently, the new version of Advanced SystemCare 15 has solved the issue. You can try it from the link below. And we'll also fix the issue in the next big version of Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 15 which is in development now.

  7. Dear Truth,
We confirm that this is a normal situation.
You may please note that we are not driver manufacturers and the drivers we provide come from hardware manufacturers, our updates depend on theirs. For example, if the official website releases this driver update of 2017 only by 2018, there is no way for us to provide the driver update of 2017 in 2017 but only able to provide the update after the release of official website.
Moreover, the date shown in Driver Booster is not the production date of the driver, it’s the date read from the info file.
    Hope this will help.

  8. Hello,

Sorry to hear that. Our program is totally safe. We guess it is a false positive.

I hope you can help us investigate the issue with the information below:

1.Please let us know the exact name and virus database of your security software

2.Find the file reported in your computer according to the result of the report.

For a temporary solution, you can add the file it reported to a white list after it is scanned out.

    Hi @Cicely

As a new user, first impressions are good - will the light skin be an automatic update to v15?

Thanks for testing the new version.

The light skin will not be an automatic update. You can choose it manually.

    Have a great day!

I need some help with the File Shredder in ASC V14 Pro.  No matter what mode I choose I am now getting the following fail to shred notice.  I am running the latest version of Win 10 Pro.  It also does this when I tried to shred free disk space and it does not recognize files in the recycle bin.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks, MDC

    Sorry for that.

Please follow the steps below to help us further check it.

    Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file to us via feedback@iobit.com.

    Thank you.
