    We are sorry for the issue you encounterd. 

    Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

    Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to feedback@iobit.com for further checking.

    Hello everyone,

    Advanced SystemCare 16 skin tool is ready. You can create your preferred skins with this tool, no matter you are using the PRO or Free version. You can follow the steps below to create your own skins now.

    1. Download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/asc16/ASC16-Skin-Editor.zip

    2. Extract the .zip file and run the file SkinEdit.exe.

    3. Follow the steps described in the tool to create the skin.

    4. After you finish all the three steps in SkinEdit.exe, the new skin has already been created in Advanced SystemCare program folder. You can click OK to apply the skin or change the skin to your own designed one in the Options menu of Advanced SystemCare.

    Hope you can enjoy your own skin.

    Feel free to share your new ASC 16 skins here with others!

Without the required information, we can do little to analyze the issue or further help you. Your understanding is highly appreciated and it would be much better if you can follow the steps in the previous email to get the information.

    Stop auto updating WinZip!

    Please try the steps below to turn off the auto update feature for the software in Software Updater:

    Open ASC > Settings > AutoUpdate > check the option "Update manually" under "Update method for software in Software Updater" > click OK button.
