    Please make sure both your security software and our product are the latest versions.

    I hope you can help us investigate the issue with the information below:

    1.Please let us know the exact name and virus database of your security software

    2.Find the file reported in your computer according to the result of the report.

    For a temporary solution, you can add the file it reported to a white list after it is scanned out.

    Please follow the steps below to help us further check it. 

    Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

    Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

    Please send the zipped file to us via feedback@iobit.com.
