Thank you very much for the information. However, because you have reinstalled the system, there is no information about Driver Booster in the log. Could you please just install Driver Booster again and then scan the updates with Driver Booster first? Please DO NOT update any drivers in case the problem happens again. After that, please use the tool https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe again so that we can check which driver updates caused the problem.

According to the log, we find that the device is unknown before Driver Booster installed the driver on November 25th.
Please go to Device Manager >> find and right click ThinkPad USB Optical Mouse >> choose Uninstall >> Reboot PC. See if everything is normal or not.
During the uninstall process, please make sure to tick 'Delete the Driver software for this device'. Here is a screenshot for your reference.
After that, please reinstall the driver from Lenovo to check how it works.

Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
