Hi ericragamat!

 

The solution is today the same as it was last time you forgot your password!

 

Send your Private message to Cicely to resolve the problem using the blue Private Message link at the top right of the Forum GUI.

 

After your issue is resolved, I suggest you either abandon Iobit Protected Folder or write down the password and keep it safe... as this is the second time you have had this problem!!:roll: (see attached screenshot)

Forgot Password for 'Protected Folder'

 

Hi everyone, Sorry, I am a newbie with computers and especially with security. 'Protected Folder' was recommended to me for storing all sensitive data so I downloaded the program yesterday. Sadly, my memory is not as sharp as it used to be as I forgot to write down a copy of the password. I really need access to the folder I protected as it contains all my passwords and account numbers for virtually everything! Please can someone help me unlock 'Protected Folder'

having bluescreen shutdowns due to protected password

 

A program is telling me that a driver in "protected folder" is causing my bluescreen crashes. I do not remember entering any password into this program, all those that I would have used do not work. Please send me a pm telling me how to uninstall/update/access this program. I do not know any password that works. Thank you.
