Do you mean that the Mouse was plugged into the laptop, and the Mouse was charging from the laptop.
Or do you mean, the laptop was charging itself.
Is your keyboard getting hot when only charging the laptop with nothing plugged into any USB ports.

Put Civilization 6 in the White list.

Ok...that image does not tell us anything that would help with your issue.
The detail which is normally supplied is....What did you do before the issue occurred, that may have caused the issue?
Did you get any error messages.
I am assuming that you updated a driver or drivers using Driver Booster. If so, did you update one driver or many drivers.
Did you do anything else other than updating driver(s)

I do not open Zip files from people I do not know. Those files are requested by Iobit to allow them to investigate
issues. Maybe, if you are lucky, Iobit will actually look at it.
However, as you do not seem to want to supply us here with details of your issue, I do not know how to assist you.
-
Are you requesting assistance?. If you are, then you need to give us some detail as to what your issue is
and how/why it occurred. We are not mind readers.
-
In Registry Clean settings, do you have...Enable Deep Clean.....selected.
If so, you should disable it, as the Deep clean is very aggressive and can cause issues.
See if this prevents your issue.

Just pause the scan while you do your work and then resume.

You posted in ASC Ultimate section, but talk about ASC.
Which program have you got??
-
If you look in the General Settings you will see that it states where the downloaded programs are saved to.
The default location is.....Downloads folder.
You can also change the location where they are downloaded to.
So, if you uncheck the delete option, they will be in the chosen location. -
Surely, this is an issue that you should take up with Paddle.
-
You do not have to run ASC to use the Monitor. In the ASC settings you can select to load only the Monitor
when windows starts. So you do not have to use ASC if you do not want to.

Yes, I can relate to that.
However, This is not a customer support site. This is a help forum. We do not work for Iobit.
We are Users like yourself, who volunteer to help others. Can you relate to that?
I do not know why you had this issue, as you did not give any details other than you were not asked for an email address.
That is unusual, because many people buy the products, and I have never heard of anyone not being asked for an email
when making payment.
Did this happen on the Iobit store site or was it a third party.
-
There was other solutions in the Topic I recommended, that did not require an email.
However, maybe the easiest thing for you is to get a refund and try again.
-
Of course I understand your problem. I have told you to read the second topic.
The solution is there, even if you did not specify an email address.
-
The solution is in the second topic in the Usage of Iobit products section.

We try very hard here to assist Users with their issues, but this is only possible if we are shown respect.
I have already told you that all posts must be in English, but you posted an image with foreign text, which I assume contained
your licence number. I have removed the image because it is against the rules to post your licence number in the Forum, and because
it contains foreign text which I cannot interpret.
You also posted in large bold text, which is not allowed as it gives the impression that you are insisting on attention to your issue.
You give absolutely no detail as to the cause of your issue. Such as do you get any message when you insert your code into the
new version. We are not mind readers.
-
If you want assistance, the very least could do is to post in the correct area of the Forum. It is not hard to do.
This is not an "Offers" issue.
Now go to the FAQ's and then go to the relevant support area and find the renew licence info.

First, I want to be clear that this is a Help forum. We do not work for Iobit, but are volunteers who give their time freely to help others.
As a moderator, my first instinct upon reading your rambling article, was to Delete it, but I decided to leave it for others to see and make their
own determination of the nonsense contained therein.
Nowhere, is Uninstaller or Iobit forcing you to Uninstall the items you have listed. They are simply making a recommendation based on the rate
of blocking by other Users. You can simply ignore it if you wish. They are not making the recommendation for political or any other reason, other than the already existing rate of
blocking, which is a format used by many companies. What other criteria would they use?
The "Disturbing" reference does not mean "upsetting" as you imply, but rather refers to popups disturbing you while using your pc. So there is no
political component there.
Your reference to "the unhinged left"...clearly shows that the only political bias or opinion here, is yours.
I have been a Moderator on this forum for many, many years, and I can state categorically, that yours is the first and only accusation of political
bias or influence, ever posted here.
I strongly suggest that you read the User Manual of Uninstaller, so that you actually understand what the program does and what the references
mean.
I am quite sure that the Users of the forum will recognise your article for the drivel it is.

Check your Registry Clean settings. If the Enable Deep Clean option is ticked, then untick it.
That option can be too aggressive when cleaning the registry.
Let us know if that solves the issue.
Also it is unnecessary to avoid using ASC, as you can simply untick the registry clean option on the Scan page.

Yes, they are tested as much as possible, but with so many individual pc configurations, it is impossible to
test for every single one. Also, if you read the many posts in the forum regarding Updating Drivers, you will see
that it is constantly recommended Not to update a large number of drivers at a time, but to do it in smaller batches.
Then if you have an issue, it is not such a long process to correct the issue.
Also, once you have identified the faulty driver, you should feedback the info to Iobit so they can investigate and help others.
Also go to the pc manufacturers site and see if the have an update for that specific driver, that works.
As always, I advise that drivers should only be updated if there is an issue with the driver, or the manufacturer reccomends an update.
If It is not broken....don't fix it.

I do not understand what you mean by..." I updated my Performance Monitor"
You can only update your Performance Monitor by updating the full ASC program.
Have you tried running other Temperature monitoring programs to compare readings, as at the moment
you are only guessing as to which one is correct.
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.

Have you checked in Windows Controlled Folder Access to see if it has blocked access.
