This is the Iobit Forum, where volunteers try to assist Users.
If you receive a message to contact Iobit, then you should contact their support directly.....
As for your issue....You say you did nothing, but your wi-fi suddenly stopped.
Why did you run a Driver Booster scan?
Did you try anything else to fix your issue prior to the DB scan.
Did you get any other error messages.
Did you run the Windows trouble shooter?
-
This is a windows issue. Windows Security does not allow another AV program to run....
See this...https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=win+11disables+third+party+antivirus+program

You have posted in "Iobit Security Softwares General Discussion"
So, which Iobit security product is causing your issue?

The same thing happened to me... DO NOT update your M.2 Drive using Iobit Driver Booster. You will get the "Inaccesable Boot Device" happening every time. This is a problem 100% on Iobit' side for providing corrupt and dangerous drivers with there software. A quick Google Search of "iobit driver booster inaccesable boot device" will produce a lot of results of people having the same issues. For anyone reading this, the only way to fix will be to format your PC do a fresh reinstall of Windows, or Restore your system to point before you install any Drivers from Iobit Driver Booster Software.
Could you please explain how to implement theses solutions, if you cannot boot your pc.
It may help other Users.

Did you try starting your Computer in Safe Mode.
If you can then you can run Protected Folder and fix your issue.
It clearly states in the User Manual.......
Exclude List
Some system files and folders should not be protected as they will cause system error while the system cannot access them. To avoid this, we add these files and folders to the Exclude List. Moreover, you should also add other items which will cause such problems to the Exclude List.

I find that hard to understand.
Simply opening the main forum page would show you the relevant area clearly.
-
What secure file??
-
Try posting in the correct/relevant area of the forum.
This is not a "General Forums Item". Look at the Main Forums page and choose the relevant section.
Also, look at other posts that may be relative to your issue.
As you do not state what issue you are trying to contact support about, it is difficult to assist you.
-
Read the Many posts in the Forum regarding this and similar issues.
-
So?...was that causing your issue, and is it solved.
-
Please read the post in the Forum which deals directly with issues such as this.
It contains the solution.

You can just end ASC normally, then open your task Manager and look for any ASC processes.
With ASC closed, the only ASC process which will probably be running is the Performance Monitor.
Right click on that and End the process. -
It is probably the "Performance Monitor" which is part of Advanced Systemcare.
Right click on the ASC icon in the taskbar and select open performance monitor from the list.
Here are the User Manuals for Iobit products...https://www.iobit.com/en/product-manuals.php

Also worth checking is.......
In the maim gui, at the bottom of the box for each drive there is a dropdown arrow.
In that drop down menu for each device there are 3 options...Auto Defrag/Boot Time Defrag/Disk Cleanup
It would be worth checking that the Auto Defrag option is not selected for your backup drives
-
Are you talking Auto defrag or manual defrag. If Auto, have you checked the Auto settings.
If Manual, try selecting all the drives in the Main Gui, then un-check the backup drives again and see if that sorts the issue.
If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling SD.
Also, you could try putting your backup drives in the ignore list.
-
When you say "Options"...do you mean that you have Un-checked your backup drives on the main Smart Defrag GUI screen?

I have come across this issue before, and it actually turned out to be Windows Indexing that was causing the issue.
It appears to be the ASC monitor because the monitor is seeing the indexing activity on the usb drive.
When the indexing for the usb was turned off, the removal issue went away.
Worth a look.
-
Driver Booster still has a free version, so something else is causing the issue.
Maybe a virus or a browser issue. Did you run a virus scan.
Did you try temporarily disabling your anti virus/anti malware program ( including Windows Security), download DB latest version and
install it, to see if this solves the issue.
-
I am sorry, but in order to try and assist you we need some details of the issue.
You do not give any details. Simply saying that "No image or PDF file can be opened" does not tell us anything.
Is Iobit Malwarefighter causing this. Do you get any error messages. Did this happen when you installed Malwarefighter.
Did this happen when you upgraded Malwarefighter.
-
This is not an iTop forum, and Iobit will just tell you to contact iTop, because iTop are just a partner of Iobit.
I cannot see from your pictures, what virus program detected the issue. It may be a false positive.
Did you upload iTop.exe to Virustotal to check if it is a genuine risk.
If it turns out to be a false positive, then you could whitelist it in your anti-virus program.
If it is actually a genuine risk, then remove iTop from your pc. There are lots of other VPN's available.
-
I have been doing this a long time....so I do understand your problem.
Apparently, though, you do not understand the rules of the forum, such as it is not allowed to put personal email addresses in your posts.
Also, you do not need a Licence code to get support from Iobit.
The link I sent you shows clearly the Topic which has the solution(s) to your issue. So I suggest you read it fully and use one of the procedures.

Lost wifi
in Smart Defrag
Posted
In order to help you we rely on the information you provide. Unfortunately the info you provided is confusing.
1) You posted in the Smart Defrag section of the forum. (Why?)
2) You say that Driver Booster gave an error message.
3) You now say that you ran ASC.
So! I trust you see the dilemma here.....conflicting information.
Driver Booster is a separate program which will be accessed by ASC if you request it (Hardware Accelerator), so it is quite possible that Driver Booster
may have not run successfully, and the error has nothing to do with your Wi-Fi issue.
Did you do any driver updates.
What did you run in ASC. Did you do a full scan of all functions/some functions...or did you run specific ASC tools.
Did you have the Wi-Fi issue before you ran ASC.
