Did the previous driver work ok.?
If so then rollback to it.

It is safer to have more than one program protecting your system. As one may find something the other misses.
I run Windows Defender and a separate anti-malware program, and it works well.
If you find Windows Defender too sensitive, then you should go through it's settings and tweak it to
suit your needs.

What are you talking about??
They are not email addresses. They are references to other members of the forum.
Did you look at the Home page as I suggested....the answer is there....just click on Forums at the top of this page. -

This question has already been answered here.....https://forums.iobit.com/topic/18991-products-expiration-dates-issuesuggestion/#comment-121722
Also, if you look at the Forum home page you will see the section where licence/purchacing/ issue's and solution(s) are dealt with.

Yes, you can do any one of those things. You can transfer the ASCU Monitor if you like.
Or you can just install ASCU. However you should not have to disable windows defender in the registry.
It should automatically disable itself once it sees another AV program with realtime protection is activated.
If it does not the you can simply disable Windows defender from the security settings.
-
These programs are developed separately, and usually ASCU is released much later than ASC, so maybe the ASC Monitor upgrade was not included.
If you want, you go to the Programs (x86) directory, then to Iobit/Advanced Systemcare, and copy the Monitor.exe file.
You can then go to the ASCU directory on the other computer and replace the Monitor.exe file there with the one you copied and see if you now have those functions
in ASCU. (you should rename the existing Monitor.exe file (ie,,Monitor.exe.old) and keep it in case the new one does not work)

Ok. If you think it has nothing to do with your question, then good luck.

Did you see the last post in this section of the forum.

Thank you for the feedback.
It should be very helpful. I hope Iobit take notice and act quickly.
-
Why do you think it does not.
Have you looked at the user manual.

On the fresh build I then installed it again just to test. And again, instantly it caused the same issue.
So, instead of just repeating the same thing that caused the issue in the first place, why did you not update the drivers one at a time
to identify which driver caused the issue. This could have helped you and others.
-
You should re-install the program, and see if that fixes the issue.
Download it from Majorgeeks.
-
So, are you saying that the scheduled update option also does not work??
-
Is this a new issue. Did it ever work.?
If it is a new issu and it worked previously, did anything happen, such as a recent ASCU update.?
Which version of windows do you have.
Try selecting the...Update at a scheduled time...option, just to see if that works.
Try the..... Direct connection (no proxy)...

You can read the many...many posts in the forum dealing with this issue and the solution(s).
Why did you post in the General Forum Items section.???
-
No need to get rid of either one. As well as the program files, add the appdata folders as well.
-
It does not update when you boot your pc. It updates when an update is available.
-
You are welcome. Glad it is sorted. You have got to love Windows...anything can happen.
-
Or download the drivers on another pc and transfer them. If you can.
As for the warning... I do not think any company would put up such a warning as it would infer that the product could cause issues.
That is why people should read the product manual first so they know what each function does and can then decide which options
and settings they want to use.

I trust you can now see why it is important to post in the correct section, as it avoids confusion.
As to your issue. We have now established that it is not caused by Iobit products, but is a windows issue.
If you have a restore point from before your issue occurred, I suggest using that, as it should fix your issue by restoring your system to a working
configuration.
This is quite common at the moment with Windows 11, especially after updates, and particularly the Wi-Fi issue. So I recommend looking here....
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=wi-fi+stops+working+after+win+11+update
Also, this is a device issue, so you should open Device Manager and see if there are any exclamation (!) marks or question marks (?) next to any
of your devices. It is also worth deleting your W-Fi driver from Device Manager (not just disable) and reboot your machine.
Windows will automatically a new generic Wi-Fi driver.
Also have a look here....https://www.lifewire.com/43-errors-explained-2619238
I also strongly recommend that you do not scan all options in ASC, but rather a few at a time. Then if anything goes wrong it is easier to diagnose.
The same applies to driver booster. Only update a few drivers at a time. Automatically updating all drivers is not recommended.
Personally, I never update a driver unless there is an issue with a driver, or the manufacturer strongly recommends an update.

You are saying that this does not happen happen when you start ASC or when you run a scan, but when ASC is running in the background.
The only items which run in the background are in the,
Speed Up and Protect areas of your settings. I suggest you go to these and switch off the functions in each.
Then switch them on one at a time until you identify the culprit (most likely Real-time TuneUp in Speed Up section)
You can also put xBox in the Ignore List.
