  1. I cannot understand what you mean, that the Feature is disabled.

    This Feature is part of the Tolbox, and it cannot be disabled.

    It is obviously windows that is blocking it, so it would be necessary to figure out what windows process is doing the blocking.

    I am betting on Controlled Folder Access.

  3. This is usually caused by your anti-virus/anti-malware program blocking/quarantining the file(s).
    So, you need to whitelist driver booster.
    Also, temporarily disable your anti-virus/anti-malware program and download Driver Booster from the Majorgeeks site.
    Install it and see if everything is ok. If it is then you know the cause is your anti-virus/anti-malware program .
  4. Do you expect this to happen by magic or something.

    In order to do what you want, then the relevant information would be required.

    Or do you think that you should just say that your code was sent to the wrong email, and Iobit should just send you the code

    to another email, which they do not have.

    So, you need to give Iobit the necessary information. You can do this by using the methods described in the |Topic dealing with

    such issues.

    I really cannot see the difficulty.
