Sorry. Cannot help you.
You came to the forum looking for help. You said you needed it ASAP.
I answered you immediately every time. However, you obviously do not understand what ASAP means,
as you took hours and/or days to answer.
Maybe someone else will not mind the disrespect you have shown, and will help you.

Do you get any error messages?
Did you look in Windows Controlled Folder Access, to see if it has blocked malware Fighter from making changes?
-
Do you still have XP or have you got Win 10??

From your comment about customer support, I was under the impression you worked for iObit.
Now, you are enlightened.

This thread makes me not want to buy the product. Technical support is to fix problems. Customer Service is to assist customers and give them a positive experience. This is definitely not that. Very poor service in my opinion.
Why??
This is a Help Forum. We do not work for Iobit. We are Users who volunteer their time to help others if we can.
We are NOT iobit Customer Service or Iobit Technical support.

Did you try a system restore to a time before the issue occurred?

I am certainly not defending the practice. I am simply stating that it is now a widespread practice.....which I am against.
As for your "doctor defense" argument.....In this day and age with all the security risks involved with being online, I think it
is unfortunately the responsibility of each person to safeguard their data. If this means "Not moving it"...then so be it.
-
While I agree with you regarding the security risk, and the fact that this happens without your consent,
I must point out that the title of your Topic and description is misleading.
This is not the "Ram Tool"...it is the Performance Monitor. The "Ram Tool" is a completely separate function
within ASC.
Programs popping up your IP and location and telling you to get a VPN, are pretty common now.
So, now that you are aware of the fact that this can happen, you now know not to hover over it
while streaming your screen. Or switch off the "Performance Monitor" while streaming.
-
What are you talking about.
How does the Ram Tool do that????

If you require assistance, you must post in the correct area of the Forum.
Also, your issue has been dealt with many times in the Forum, and you can see the solution(s) there.
As per the rules of the Forum, you should search before you post.

download IObit Unlocker right click uninstallmonitor.exe click IObit Unlocker on the popup next to the Unlock button hit the down arrow hit unlock and rename call it something like uninstallmonitor.exe.bak then it will not run at startup you can still run the uninstaller without any problems
I do not understand why you are giving this information.
Why not just turn off the uninstall monitor in the program settings.

You do not give any detail as to what happens when you try to Uninstall McAfee.
Do you get an error message?. What exactly happens?. In order to assist we need detail.
(Vous ne donnez aucun détail sur ce qui se passe lorsque vous essayez de désinstaller McAfee.
Recevez-vous un message d'erreur?. Que se passe-t-il exactement ?. Pour vous aider, nous avons besoin de détails.)
I assume that you have disabled McAfee entirely before you try to uninstall it.
(Je suppose que vous avez complètement désactivé McAfee avant d'essayer de le désinstaller.)
You should try opening windows in Safe Mode, and then try uninstalling McAfee.
(Vous devriez essayer d'ouvrir Windows en mode sans échec, puis essayer de désinstaller McAfee.)
I strongly advise against using the Registry to uninstall. You risk serious damage to your pc.
(Je déconseille fortement d'utiliser le registre pour désinstaller. Vous risquez de graves dommages à votre pc.)
You must post your replies in English. Otherwise the post will be deleted.

I asked Iobit many, many, times to put a link to the Manuals at the top of the Forum page, but I gave up asking.
All the Manuals are here....https://www.iobit.com/en/product-manuals.php
I have no idea what the 5 day free installation expired thing is about....maybe it was a ASC Pro trial.
You do not have to uninstall it, as it will work away as the Free version. Unless you want to free up disc space.
The Extension Files used by system are probably DLL's.....so probably safer not to delete them.
-
They are hidden in Explorer because that is what you chose in the settings of Protected Folder.
Here is the Product manual...http://www.iobit.com/product-manuals/pf-help/#Set Password
As for the Excel and Word issue....let's see what happens when you have recovered your files.
-
It is not your "Bitdefender Key"....it is your "BitLocker Key".
and here....https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-e&q=recovery+key
-
Have you ever heard of the word..."please".
It is a simple matter of respect, when you are requesting assistance.
As for your question...I have no idea what you are talking about. How does Bitdefender stop you from deleting everything from your drive.
It is an anti-virus/anti-malware program.
Are you talking about the Safe Box function?.
