It is unusual that a User's issue would not be covered in the Topic I provided.
All other issues can normally be dealt with here in the Forum, but as we do not have any details of your issues, then
it is difficult to assist. However, if your issue(s) contain personal/confidential matter, that you do not wish to post here,
then, you should Send a message to Cicely and explain your issue also include a link to your post in the Forum.
She will sort it for you. Cicely is the Iobit Team Member liaison for the forum. When you click on the Cicely link I have provided,
at the top of the page you will see the Message option. Click on that and you can send the message to Cicely privately.

As you give absolutely no detail, I will assume that you are talking about Junk File Clean.
If so, then go through the Junk File Clean options and un-select the one(s) that is causing the issue.

It is very unwise to be using a program that you seem to know nothing about it's operation....

If you go into Driver Update History in Driver Booster, you will see the driver and you can get the driver info (not where it came from)
then you can google that and find a reliable site that has it and download a copy.
You can also backup the one you have so you have it for future use.

When Smart Defrag opens, you must tick the box in the disc you want to Defrag.

It is just a stupid design.
If you hover over the drive you will see the arrows. Then hover over the arrows and you will get the option to "Recognise as SSD"

Unfortunately, there is no person or address, where you can tell Iobit to stop sending you pop-ups.
The pop-ups are built into the program.

In ASC their is an Autocare option in settings.
In Smart Defrag, there is an Auto defrag option.

Very important that you un-protect any folders that you have protected with Protected Folder, before you uninstall it.
Otherwise you may have issues opening them again.

This has been dealt with so many times in the Forum.
Just search for it. You do not (and should not) have to remove malwarebytes.
