Thanks for tracting IObit.
To keep your password, please follow the steps below to set ASC.
1. Open Advanced SystemCare > click Options icon on the top right corner of the main screen and select Settings… > click Privacy Sweep > uncheck the items related to cookies, forms and passwords under each browser > click OK.
2. Click AutoClean > check the options ‘Automatically sweep surfing history, cookies, browser cache etc. at bootup’ and ‘Sync the same setting from Privacy Sweep’ > click OK button.
3. Click Protect panel > click the Settings icon of Browser Protection > click Anti-Tracking on the left panel > In the right panel, find Browsing Data and uncheck the items that you do not want to be cleared from your browsers.

Do you mean that IObit Uninstall did not remove Roxio Creator? Please describe the whole issue more clearly with related screenshots.
Please also send us the related screenshots to show the issue ". I now get the Windows Installer when I launch several different pieces of software".

Please also follow the steps below to help us look into the issue:
1. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe
2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'
3. Wait for a while until you see a file IU_logs_YYYYMMDD.log generated on your desktop.
4. Send that file iu_logs_ YYYYMMDD.log to us.

If the issue repeats, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.
Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Our engineer has read your log and worked out a demo for you. Please kindly do the following steps:

2. Right-click the desktop icon of iObit Software Updater and choose Open File Location to open the installation folder.
3. Copy the downloaded demo to replace the original one in the installation folder.
4. Double-click the downloaded demo and run it.

Kindly find the file bugreport.txt or bugreportnew.txt in the installation path of IObit Software Updater and send it to us.
Then download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile_isu.exe
Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile_isu to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'.
Send us that created file su_logs _YYYYMMDD.log.

By the way, it may take more resources when it is scanning your PC for a faster can. Thus, please scan your PC when it is idle and you can also set Low Priority in Scan options in Settings.
