    Our technicians say they still need more information to further check the issue. So please follow the steps below to send back the requested information to us.

    Please do the following steps when the temperature shows N/A.

    1. Download the demo file from http://tickets.iobit.com/index.php?r=site/download&fileName=attachment%2FZHPR603c5ad8c1abd.zip&displayName=TemperatureDemo.zip

    2. Extract the downloaded file to get the folder TemperatureDemo, open it to find the file TemperatureDemo.exe and run it. Then you will see the temperatures. Then wait until it reminds you. Then press any keyboard to exit the demo file.
     
    3. Compact the folder TemperatureDemo. Then upload the compacted file to the website https://uploadfiles.io/ then send the download link to us.

    Each driver updater has its own frequency to update their database for more drivers. So it is normal that they display different results. But, please trust Driver Booster. We generally will add the updates after strict test.

    Thank you very much for your suggestion.  However, we have a command to help users to update drivers automatically. About installing missing driver, we may need further observation.

    Anyway, with your supports and suggestions , our product can be better.

    Hello. Where should I send a log file? Here uploading files with extention .log is not allowed. Also I tried to sent it via free support form:

    but not sure, it was accepted, since after submitting it, just plane white page is coming.

    Please follow the steps below to set ASC, if you do not want ASC to clear the data from your browser:

     

    1. Open ASC > click Options icon on the top right corner of the main screen to choose Settings… > click Privacy Sweep > uncheck the items that you do not want to be cleared from your browsers, and uncheck the option ‘Delete the browser history older than 1 week’ > click OK button.

     

    2. Click AutoClean > check the options ‘Automatically sweep surfing history, cookies, browser cache etc. at bootup’ and ‘Sync the same setting from Privacy Sweep’ > click OK button.

     

    3. Click Protect panel > click the Settings icon of Browser Protection > click Anti-Tracking on the left panel > In the right panel, find Browsing Data and uncheck the items that you do not want to be cleared from your browsers.

  8. Still problems with Viber, mentioned above. Software Updater offers to update it from 14.2 to 14.4, while I already have 14.4. 2 months passed since I had mentioned this and SU have got 2 updates during this time, but still this problem is not fixed:(

    1. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitCo...onFile_isu.exe

    2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile_isu to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'

    3. Wait for a while until you see a file su_logs_YYYYMMDD.log generated on your desktop.( YYYYMMDD should be the actual date when this file is generated.)

    4. Send that file su_logs _YYYYMMDD.log to us.

  9. Bug Report:

     

    Installed the latest version of ASC 14 yesterday (Dec 31) and just ran it this morning.

     

    When scan completed, the results dimmed and an ad to purchase was overlayed. Closed the ad but the underlying app was still dimmed & disabled.

     

    Had to close from the Windows toolbar.

     

    PS: A "Bug Report" link or forum for users of "ASC Free" is recommended.

    Please try the steps below to solve the issue you encountered with Driver Booster 8.

     

    1. Open Device Manager, find the following devices one by one, right-click each of them to choose "Uninstall device", then check the option "Delete the driver software for this device." and click OK to uninstall them.

    Surface Radio Monitor

    Please note that by default, ASC only deletes the files older than one month in Recycle Bin. If you want ASC to empty your Recycle Bin, please follow the steps below to set ASC:

    ASC > Settings > Junk File Clean > uncheck the item "Delet files in Recycle Bin older than one month" > click OK button.
