  1. @Cicely ........ just wondering if Android support could be introduced at some point for transfer similar to IOTransfer. I would, and I am sure others would agree, that we would love the ability to root our devices in order to not only transfer our apps but also our app data. I know that there are multitudes of ways of doing thiis and I can do it myself without an app, but I am sure that there are many users out there that would absolutely love an Iobit app to be able to do just this. Especially considering the market with the new 5G market of devices and South Korea having committed to having something for 6G technology by 2026.

    It's obviously not going to be able to be included in ASC 14, but I thought maybe something for a standalone app and inclusion in ASC15 possibly?

  2. Lasy year i got a discounted price on ASC, iobit uninstaller, smart defrag 4 and protected folder, now they have renewed then all at individual prices (about 50 pounds), will i e able to get a refund if not installed?

  3. yeah, spotted it today, while I was looking through the Junk File options. Consider face planted. And actually I would modify my suggestion. It's really the junk files where I'd like to be able to add further apps, although it wouldn't hurt to have that functionality for both sections...

    Hello, when I apply the optimization settings (imagencd) the following happens:

    The system suffers crashes

    Disc is 100% loaded

    The connection is slow

    System startup is slower

    That happens when I apply those settings and it gets a little worse when I enable the Ram Self Clean tool.

    All the other cleaning and repair tools work fine, they just slow down my system.

  5. I find it a bizarre omission, for example that the windows clipboard is not included in the privacy sweep, especially as, from experience, I can tell that it is actually cleared during a sweep!.

     

    But I would also like to be able to do what can be done in the likes of Ccleaner and Glary Utilities, which is to add our own selection of applications to the privacy sweep. For example, I note there is a section for Windows Apps and I'm guessing, if I had Office installed, it would appear there as an option. But I don't see an option for Libre Office and other common tools.

     

    So, if we can add our own, how?

     

    Please note that the cleaning for Windows Clipboard is under Junk File Clean of ASC. You can find it in ASC Settings > Junk File Clean > Clipboard

     

    As for the suggestions about adding the apps or tools you want to clean in Privacy Sweep, we've recorded them for further consideration.

    After further checking the debug file you sent to us, our technicians suspect the issue may be related to the feature Privacy Shield. Please follow the steps below one by one to check the issue again.

     

    1. Back up the file "C:\ProgramData\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Prishield.ini" firstly. Then delete it.

    2. Restart your computer

    3. Send the backed up file Prishield.ini to us for further checking. You can also send it to feedback@iobit.com.

     

    If the CPU usage is still high, please download the tool again from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe. Then double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us again.

    Do you mean that the publishers are different even if they are the same driver? If so, this is because different manufacturers provides different update for their drivers. The drivers are generally updated by different manufacturers, such as NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, etc. Sometimes users don't know the manufacturer corresponding to each device, so they don't know whether there is a driver that can be updated. In order to ensure that most devices can be used on Windows, Microsoft will include "universal drivers" corresponding to most devices in the system. These drivers can provide the basic functions of the device, but cannot use the full performance of the device.

     

    Therefore, generally speaking, in the device details, if Publisher is Microsoft, it means that it uses "universal driver/basic driver". Driver Booster can use a huge database to quickly and accurately match the driver corresponding to the device for users, one-click update, and It will also update the driver database in real time, match more devices for users, and provide device driver update function.

     

     

     

  8. Overall, the program works well. However, when the "Auto Care" and "Auto ram clean" modules are running, my Dell Inspiron 5570 will no longer restart after sleep. If I disable the two modules, however, the computer restarts without problems.

  9. IObit Advanced System Care Services are overloading my Computer... (specifically the CPU) which makes it difficult to use my Computer comfortably!!!

    Hi, I think the product is good in terms of how to clean and repair errors, but when it comes to optimizing and configuring the computer, the truth is that it leaves a lot to say.

    1. When I applied the optimization and internet settings, the system was much slower, the system crashed and the disk went to 100%, also the internet connection, so I had to restore the settings and this program is supposed to promises 200% optimization.

    2. Real-time optimization seems totally inefficient to me due to the amount of RAM it frees up and I don't feel like the PC is faster, in fact it seems to be slower.

    Only those two details I hope that in future updates they can improve these features, so far I have disabled the 'Auto clean ram' tool and ignored the optimization and internet settings.

    Please follow the steps below to try to speed up your computer.

    1. Uninstall unnecessary programs through Advanced SystemCare: Toolbox > IObit Uninstaller.

    2. Disable some unnecessary startup items through Advanced SystemCare: Speed Up > Startup Optimizer.

    3. Delete unnecessary shortcuts and files on desktop.

    4. Open Advanced SystemCare > Settings > System Optimization > choose the appropriate mode in Computer Optimization and Network Optimization > click Apply and OK.

    5. Reboot your computer.

    6. Run Advanced SystemCare and tick all items in Manual Mode under Care tab to scan and fix problems found.

    7. Go to Advanced SystemCare > Toolbox > Internet Booster. Use Internet Booster to optimize your internet connection.

     

     

     

  11. This happen only if i drop perf. monitor on second monitor and choose different position in arrange monitors ( in windows setting display ) the only way to return the app is to make second monitor pos. on default .

    win. 10 pro 64bit.

    Latest AMD GPU drivers

    and this bug is from ever :) .

     

    Sorry for the issue you encountered. At present, Performance Monitor can only perfectly support dual monitors with the following requirements:

    1. The two monitors are the same size and resolution;

    2. Performance Monitor must be placed in the same position on both monitors.

     

     

  12. I've been using Advanced System Care 14 RC (the beta version) for several days now, and I love it. I had no problem downloading and installing. My operating system is Windows 10 Home Edition Version 2004. I have encountered no problems with using it at all. And I've checked out all of the functions. I also would like to know when the official version will be released to the general public. Does anyone know? Is there any official word on that from IObit?

  13. I waited for the new version (RC) with some hope, less and less, I installed it, three times and the application always closed. The same happened in the beta version, in the fourth installation I managed to scan all the options that come by default but closed when he wanted to clean, a disaster! for an application that was always an example of efficiency, unfortunately it makes me look for other options

  14. I have been testing and trying different settings within ASC 14 tog et it to delete or remove the files within the recycle bin and it just wont. I even did a screen record to show exactly how i have it setup and ran the program and found it didn't even detect anything in the recycle bin. After careful consideration, and going through all the settings, I found one major flaw. under the junk files settings, you can choose the recycle bin yes, BUT, down at the bottom it only allows you to tell the program to delete files in the recycle bin older than, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year. This is not going to get the recycle bin cleaned out of junk files. There needs to be a settings or drop down menu choice/option for deleting files in the recycle bin now. So the drop down menu should have the following options, now, 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year. This will allow the user to choose more effectively to remove all junk files and not those older than 1 week. The entire purpose of this program is to clean the PC automatically, not have the user do this manually. If the user has to do this manually, what is the purpose of the program itself. I will expect to see this adjustment in the settings for Junk Files in the near future so as to clean my pc automatically as I have been doing for the past 15 years. I have been using and referring people to ASC since version 2, and we are about to release version 14? That is a very long time. I don't want to have to find something else, but if a program doesn't do what I need/want, I tend to look elsewhere for something that will. I will be happy to upload the video I made, it is however over 100 mb big, but it does show everything and the settings how they should be to get the job done and what settings are missing and where.

    Presently you can uncheck the option "Delete files in Recycle Bin older than: ". Then ASC will clean all files in Recycle Bin.

    Advanced SystemCare 14 skin tool is ready. You can create your preferred skin with this tool, no matter you are using the PRO or Free version. You can follow the steps below to create your own skin now.

     

    1. Download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/asc14/ASC14-Skin-Editor.zip

     

    2. Extract the zip file and run SkinEdit.exe.

     

    3. Follow the steps described in the tool to create the skin.
