Okay hope someone can help.
So a few months back when I installed driver booster 7 to update multiple drivers (which ones I can't remember it was alot) I noticed that my PC was no longer able to restart, when I say restart I don't mean turn on I mean when I click either the restart button on my PC or on windows start menu on the shutdown/restart tab. What happens when I do this is the PC comes up saying restarting windows as it should however after this it just goes black and never actually restarts and will sit idle until I manually turn off the PC with power button. I never worried about it before as I could simply press shut down then manually switch on if it needed to restart, however I've now noticed that when I install new programs and the PC asks to restart it does the same as before, aswell as now I need restore my windows 10 from a restore point it needs to restart and wont do without properly restarting.
I was really happy with driver booster and considering upgrading to the premium version until this all went down.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Sorry for the problem.
You may know that to make sure the drivers in our database are stable enough for most computers, we have more strict rules to filter drivers, and by default all driver updates we provide are passed WHQL Test. However, it is impossible for our testing team to test every single driver update in every single PC situation because driver updates quantity is colossal and PC situations are various. So problems like that happens.
If you still encounter this problem, please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send the zip file to dbfeedback@iobit.com. We will analyze this file to see if any driver update or Windows Update caused this problem. And then get back to you.

We have contacted Fixmestick and Sophos but we are informed that they will not remove the PUA detection for IObit Uninstaller.
Our program is absolutely clean. Please add our program to the exception of Fixmestick and Sophos.

I Installed DriverBooster this morging. After updating drivers (see photo) my system didn't start up anymore and had to restore a backup. Is there someone who can tell me what went wrong.

You may know that to make sure the drivers in our database are stable enough for most computers, we have strict rules to filter drivers, and by default all driver updates we provide are passed WHQL Test. So problems like that happens.
That's why Driver Booster supports driver backup/restore, driver rollback, driver ignore, and the option "automtically create a system restore point before a driver is installed" is checked by default in Settings.
For any problem after using Driver Booster, you can download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send the zip file to dbfeedback@iobit.com. But does service have to be running, or program so logging work ? Please can you answer this question specifically ? I noticed some programs were not logged and some were.

Please provide us with programs that were not logged.
Then follow the steps below to send us a log file.
1. Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe
2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'
3. Wait for a while until you see a file IU_logs_YYYYMMDD.log generated on your desktop.
4. Send that file iu_logs_YYYYMMDD.log to us.

Please also tell us the operations you took with our program before you encounter this problem and download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe
Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into

Hi. This seemed like the generic place for uninstaller feedback. If I misunderstand this thread intent, I will gladly move my post to a more appropriate place. I have the following feedback:
I installed iobit uninstaller and have used it sparingly and successfully to remove remnants of uninstalled software. So far it seems to have performed well.
However, I recently ran a fixmestick scan and was warned of malicious/malware code in the uninstaller folder. I know sometimes different companies detect powerful but not malicious code in competitor software and flag it incorrectly. I have included the fixmestick log so you can see what was flagged. Perhaps you could discuss the nature of your code with the fixmestick guys and arrange for them to "not" flag your software as malicious. It seems only uninstaller items are being flagged.
I would have attached a pdf file of the report but it exceeded the 19k limit by 4k. So instead I clipped and embedded the report. Thank you for your time in considering this concern.

Hello,
some programs have label, which designates, that program was logged. But some programs don't have it. I think it worked even, while program was not running, not sure. I also found iobit service, which is set to automatic, but not running. Than i don't know how program logs it, but some programs had that label. But still some programs weren't logged. Shouldn't this service be running, or program for it to work ?

Programs marked as LOGGED are those whose installations were logged by Install Monitor.
Install Monitor detects and logs changes made to your system during a program installation, which ensures all changes can be fully restored when the program is no longer needed.
For Pro users, new program installation will be detected and logged automatically.

Yes, you cannot disable this feature. But if you don't run this tool manually, Driver Booster will not clean these data for you.
