    @hb2244, please ensure that you have updated to the latest Spyhunter to see whether the issue repeats. And we checked the issue on virustotal but it we did not reproduce it. And you can also report the false positive to Spyhunter. IObit Malware Fighter is 100% safe. Please do not worry.

    Currently, you can get back Start Menu 8 version 3 free if you like. Please uninstall your current Start Menu 8 first and then re-install the Start Menu 8 version 3 from http://update.iobit.com/dl/startmenu/sm8-restore-setup.exe

     

    If you want to have the latest version, you need to pay for it as you mentioned.

  4. hi, recently i needed to install driver booster on some laptop, where usb driver and touchpad driver was not installed. so i had only keyboard and was UNABLE to install this program which could help me. I think it is HUGE FAIL that you cannot get through one place in installation procedure without pointing device. TAB didnt help so i installed concurent program for searching driversand was quite pleased that i now use it as a main driver searching application.

     

    PS: registration form for this forum is so user unfriendly that i wanted to cancel it and f*ck on all of this

    I didn't say your updates don't come from the legal source.

     

    If you detect the wrong cpu, how can you know if there are updates for the right one?

  9. each time i start my win laptop, i get the following error:

     

    "The code execution cannot proceed because sqlite3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem"

     

    i have Driver Booster 7.2 Free installed

     

    any ideas? if i update Driver Booster, i still get the error

    I have an Intel® Core™ i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz

     

    Your software is detecting it as an Intel Xeon E3 - 1200/1500 v5/6th Gen

    and says there's an update.

     

    Intel's own scanning software says there is no update.

    I'm sorry to say that IObit Software Updater, IObit Uninstaller, and Advanced SystemCare are stand-alone products. IObit Software Updater can't disable the feature in other products.

    Your suggestion has been recorded, will forward the Product Managers of these three products.

     

    IObit Software Updater has support WinRAR 5.80 version in December. Can you please open IObit Software Updater now to confirm if there is an available update?

    If there is still no update, please kindly follow the steps below to help us further look into it.

     

    1. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/GetIObitConfigurationFile_isu.exe

     

    2. Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile_isu to run it, click the button 'Save report to Desktop'

     

    3. Wait for a while until you see a file su_logs_YYYYMMDD.log generated on your desktop. ( YYYYMMDD should be the actual date when this file is generated.)

    Thanks for your suggestion. Well, I did a survey about the boot time scan several years ago.Boot time scan is very good but it may slow down the boot which might be not so ideal. I will report the the suggestion to our product team for consideration again.
