Got a new computer and instaled ASC 13.6 but it doesnt show the metrics.
Any ideas?

We are really sorry to hear that. Please follow the steps below to provide us with the requested file for our further investigation.
1) Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe
2) Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.
3) After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.
4) Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

I think you need more choice of colors for the background. I use the black, but some people have a problem with various colors, and an alternate, lighter color would help. Although this version is good, it doesn't seem as intuitive as the last batch (13.6 and previous). The graphics have also seemed to have taken a nose-dive. I like the AI, but not quite sure how "I" the AI actually is. But I do like your products, and find them quite a bit better than some others.
Although I do see some improvement on my computer, there doesn't seem to be as much "speeding up" as represented in your ads.

After recent battery issue and ASC update, I lost its screenshot hot key (Ctrl+alt+X). To fix this, I have tried to change it by looking over ASC widget where hotkey setting is, but "None" is unchangeable. What I should do? Thank you.
Did you change the hotkey in Performance Monitor of Advanced SystemCare? If it is caused by Advanced SystemCare. Please let me know your operation before the problem.

I did as you said and still it won't work. I do have a number that WON'T work and yet is still okay until October??? Tells me that the licence code is NOT valid.
I currently have 5 VALID licences, means 18 uses altogether and I am getting a little sick of this cat and mouse game with IOBit.
I sent a message to the company and still have received NOTHING back. The number that the silly programme is telling me is not
a good one is recognised by IOBit. I guess I will just have to forget IOBit and find another one that doesn't have this amount of porblems

Wenn ein Programm aktualisiert wird, klappt das Install-Fenster des Programmes au und man muss über das Programm aktualisieren, in diesem Herbst Firefox. Dann kann ich auch ja gleich das Programm selber installieren. Ich dachte die Aktualisierungen laufen im Hintergrund ab.

We are so sorry that Software Updater doesn't support silent installation for all programs because some programs can't be installed silently or silent installation may bring other unwanted things.
In this case, users need to perform some operations manually.

After the scan finishes, you can click the items in the left panel one by one to check the detailed results of the scan. You can also check the fix log from the Settings window: Settings > Logs & Backup

For the issue you mentioned, please ensure that you have the latest version from http://update.iobit.com/dl/IObit-Malware-Fighter-Setup.exe
If the issue repeats, please download the tool fromhttp://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.
Double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click 'Save report'.

I installed Driver Booster 7 on July 22, 2020 on my home computer. The computer is not fancy and I do not ask a lot of it. The Driver Booster app has run several times, updating drivers as I hoped it would. The app has also pointed out 3 game related drivers that are not installed, but I do not need them. This morning (August 2, 2020) Driver Booster popped up and suggested a scan. I did so. Drivers were OK and the 3 game related drivers were pointed out as usual. I dismissed the app.
The app DISAPPEARED from my computer! No warning, no notice, nothing. There was no launch icons and the name disappeared from the program list. I did not do anything unusual today as compared to the last week or so. There may have been some files or registry items related to Driver Booster still there. I did not look that far. I did go through the Driver Booster Reinstall successfully.
I do not need computer help, but I have never seen a program just disappear.
Could you please let me know your security software on your PC?

Perfectioning of the tool that looks for and erases traces of program that is being uninstalled at the moment, a check and mega deep cleaning (2 times more). It will also be useful if you have an engine that automatically detects and cleans this uninstallation debris.

A suggestion is when after rebooting, there are more programs to uninstall or scan for leftovers, for IObit Uninstaller to automatically launch again. There could be the option to switch been showing the popup, which asks if you want to launch it again - as it done now, or automatically running IObit Uninstaller again.
There are still some occasional issues with the software health function, where it want to delete leftovers from programs that are actually still installed.
