Hi there, It seems that there is no problem with your blue tooth Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)， Vern = 20.100.10.11. It is not updated by Driver Booster recently. There is error code 28 with Logitech Cordless Device. Is Logitech device unable to connect to the computer? What series/model is the Logitech device?
