Please take a screen shot of those "startup item" listed and send the screen shot to us.

 

Besides that, download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send that file to us so that our specialists can further look into the issue.

Hi CaptainSpaz,

 

Please follow the steps below to help us further look into the issue:

 

1. Exit Performance Monitor

 

2. Downlaod the demo from https://www.dropbox.com/s/xlyiy6f5cba4zof/PM.zip?dl=0 and unzip it.

 

3. Put all the unzipped files under the installation directory of Advanced SystemCare

 

4. Open Performance Monitor

 

If Performance Monitor doesn't display the temperature, please find the file PMTest.log under the installation directory of Advanced SystemCare and send it to us.

 

If you can not find the file PMTest.log, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send that file to us so that our specialists can further look into the issue.

And about adware software again... I Installed ASC 9 Free (from RU-cluster), and some adware programs were installed quietly. Why I must clean a system after ASC installation from adware-viruses?

I already wrote about RU-team, which turns helpful program to spam installer, but situation doesn't change. Probably, it is necessary to refuse it...

When you will release Advanced System Care 9.2 version??...I can´t wait! I hope, this version will include big changes...

 

And please don´t stop supporting Windows XP......because this OS is for many world-wide users important...

We plan to release ASC 9.2 on March 10. Currently, we do not have a plan to give up supporting Windows XP like Microsoft 8:)

I suggested brand new ASC 10 UI....

 

Check for Updates moved under ASC name to always finding latest ASC updates in real-time---sorry--it should be manual updates

Merged All ASC Settings, including Settings, Quick Settings, UI Customization and SCAN Settings into one item Settings....

Improved social sites icons in down ......sorry...they should be in circles

Improved Up Panel

One big circle button SCAN...with PC Status and Score---means maximum possible tweaking PC with ASC....(SCAN includes all ways to speed, clean, fix and update PC----including All asc scan items + software updates scanning, driver updates scanning, that´s all will be scanned with one click------

 

ASC will after first scanning work to find performance problems in real-time at backround---when ASC finds a lot of problems---it will notify you to scan your PC

Improved Active Optimize feature -----defrag files as they as write in real-time and defrag system files manually

Hello. I have 1 problem with functions of ASC 9 Pro. Everytime I scan Drive:C with 3 functions that is **** Cleaner/Large Files Finder/Shortcut Fixer or more function that I don't know. It causes an error that say .... has not responding. Please fix this. Thank you.

I don't know how to upload bug report from the file.

Sorry for it. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe.

 

Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report".

 

After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder.

 

Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Please create google chrome internet optimization.

 

I have been a proud user of ASC since version 3 and i have to say im dissapointed on this one.

 

There is internet optimization for Internet Explorer (which is dead), Firefox, Opera and Edge but none for Google Chrome.

 

Why is that?

Sorry for it. Please follow the steps below to help us further look into it.

1.Download the file SM_LOG_1045.zip from the link https://www.dropbox.com/s/d0e43muh5l7ms0e/SM.zip?dl=0.

2.Unzip SM_LOG_1045.zip to find StartupManager.exe, run it, and wait.

3.After it finishes the scan, there will be a file SMLog.txt in the same folder of StartupManager.exe. Please send SMLog.txt to us.

Thanks for your info. Please follow the steps below.

 

1.Download the new demo SM_ASC_LOG_1129.zip from the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/irojq4ofirhrxzl/SM_ASC_LOG_1129.zip?dl=0

 

2.Unzip it to find SMDemo.exe and run it. Click Scan button at the bottom right corner to do a scan.

 

After the scan finishes, check whether there are files scanned out or not.

 

If yes, please take a screenshot of the scan result screen and send the screenshot to us. And please send the file SMLog.log to us.
