Open Task Manager. Scroll down the list of processes until you see Performance Monitor.
Right click on it and end task. This will close the Performance Monitor.
If you have Auto Ram selected in ASC settings, I recommend you un-select it. Auto cleaning ram is not a good idea.
You can restart the Performance Monitor by right clicking on the ASC icon in the taskbar and click..Open Performance Monitor.

Please give more details of your issue.

I don't understand. If you did a Restore from a system restore point, then it would have to work, as you would
have put everything back to the way it was before the issue occurred. The registry/settings and drivers would have been
returned to your old set up, which worked fine.
Additionally, you can go into driver booster, and Roll Back your drivers.
-
Go to System Restore and see if you have a Restore point for a time before the issue occurred.
If so, restore your system to that time. Then if you want to use ASC, make sure you have Registry Deep Clean
switched off in settings. Also, check all your other settings, as the default settings may not suit your pc.
If you want to use Driver Booster, then update the drivers one at a time so if one causes an issue, you will
know which one.

If they are very important files, you could have a look at the Power Data Recovery tool here....https://www.minitool.com/download-center/
I have used it in the past and it is excellent. It recovered all files for me from a thrashed portable drive and a faulty HDD.
The trial version will let you recover 1GB of files....so you can test it

Only you can decide if you need something. ASC does not defragment your disc.
Windows 10 has a built in Defragment program.
If you want to use a third party program to Defragment your disc, you can install Smart Defrag.
First, I would recommend that you investigate whether you want to defrag your drive and if so, whether you want to use
the inbuilt Windows defrag or a third party program. There are also lots of posts about this in the Smart Defrag section
of the Forum.

Go into settings in Advanced System Care and select...Start Performance Monitor when windows starts.
Now the Monitor will automatically start with your computer.
Also, you can right click on the ASC icon in the taskbar, and click Open Performance Monitor.

You should put the mp3gain in the Whitelist of Malware Fighter.

Hi Jiri
I am sorry, but I have never heard of "a special Czech CHIP version"'. Do you mean the ASC Czech language version.
Also, I do not understand where you get the terms....SC14PRO and SC14PROX....from...Do you mean ASC 14 Pro.

Hi Andreas
Go to browse at the top of the forum. click on Leaderboard.
Click on Cicely (the Iobit Admin) send her a message. Include a link to your post.
Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
-
No. It is part of the ASC installation.
However, you can run it separately (without running ASC) by opening the ASC program folder and
double clicking Monitor.exe
-
Install Iobit Advanced SystemCare and use the Undelete feature in the Toolbox.
Also, note that if you are writing to your pc you are running the risk of overwriting the deleted files. You
should avoid writing to the disc untill you have recovered the deleted files.

Go to system Restore and see if you have a restore point to a time before your DB update.
If you do have, then restore your system to the previous time.
If you do not have a restore point (you should create a restore point at least once a week)
you should check your pc manufacturers site for a Bluetooth driver.
You could also open Device Manager and delete (not disable) the updated bluetooth driver, restart
your pc and windows should load a generic driver for bluetooth.

Of course I will post this. We consider all points of view on this forum.
Also, maybe the Revo forum moderators may see the post and be forewarned that you
may be on the way to their site.
-
You seem to think that we are mind readers. How could we know which processes you had previously tried.
Anyway, maybe you will get more help on the Revo forum.
-
Well, it seems like you came to the forum with an issue, but you don't want help with it, as you seem to
already have all the answers, but not the solution.
If the .exe file is missing then something on your pc removed it. It did not magically disappear.
But, I wish you all the best with Revo.
-
Did you look at Controlled Folder Access. I have seen it cause this issue many times.
Also, you don't say whether the .exe file is present or not.
-
Your screenshot shows that Uninstaller has been installed but the shortcut is gone.
If you right click on the Uninstaller desktop icon and select open file location, you can check to see if the
.exe file is there. If so, then doublle click on the .exe file and see if uninstaller loads.
If not, then it is most likely that either anti-virus/anti malware program (including Windows Defender) has removed it,
or Controlled Folder Access has blocked it.
Also....you should download Iobit products from Majorgeeks as it comes without bloatware
-
Hi heavygunner.
This has been going on for years. Animosity between Iobit and Malwarebytes.
Nothing to worry about. The Iobit products are perfectly safe, but I recommend that you only download
them from Majorgeeks, as some of the other re-sellers add their own content.
-
Can you tell us which item solved the issue, as it may help others.
-
Dear Scannan,
Thanks for your quick response.Thumbs up

Hi IronfistClown,
Please follow the steps below to set ASC, if you do not want ASC to clear the data from your browser:
1. Open ASC > click Options icon on the top right corner of the main screen to choose Settings… > click Privacy Sweep > uncheck the items that you do not want to be cleared from your browsers, and uncheck the option ‘Delete the browser history older than 1 week’ > click OK button.
2. Click AutoClean > check the options ‘Automatically sweep surfing history, cookies, browser cache etc. at bootup’ and ‘Sync the same setting from Privacy Sweep’ > click OK button.
3. Click Protect panel > click the Settings icon of Browser Protection > click Anti-Tracking on the left panel > In the right panel, find Browsing Data and uncheck the items that you do not want to be cleared from your browsers.
Nice Day.:-)

I have asked numerous times already that you wait until a reply is received from the User, before you ALSO reply.
Once again, I have replied to the User with suggestions, and am waiting for a reply from the User as to whether the suggestions worked.
Then you also post, and give the same suggestions. This used to never happen on the Forum.
There are lot's of post which are completely ignored by Iobit, yet you insist in answering posts which have already been answered.
It would be a lot more helpful, if you answered the other posts, which have not received a reply.

Switch off Anti-Tracking in Protect area, and see if that solves it.
If not try switching off AI mode.

I would say it is definitely a driver issue.
Did you try going to your pc manufacturer's site and downloading a keyboard driver.
