You give too little info for us to assist you. When you say they are not getting deleted, what exactly happens. Do you get a message saying deletion failed.
What version of ASC are you using.
Did you try selecting only two or three sections of junk files at a time and see if it is successful.
-
Scannan, this is a junk post, posted previously under another username. Word for word, with no response from the OP.
Cheers. There is so much junk on the forum now that it is hard to keep up. I appreciate the heads up.

What Iobit program did he have. Because unless he had Iobit MalwareFighter or ASCUltimate then your post is pointless.
-
Is there any IObit security software also available for Android systems?
If there is any such software, can I get the name of that software?

Have you read the Product Manual

Sorry for the inconvenience.
For the update failure on Softonic, we will forward it to Softonic to look into. And now, you may download the latest Driver Booster directly from the link below:

Cicely
Once again there are issues with Softonic.
See this post.
-
Download it from the News & Updates section of the forum.

If you click on technical support in the settings list and look under Support, you will find the Iobit Forum.
Also if users google an issue with an Iobit product, you will usually see the forum listed.
But, it should not be so difficult....sadly Iobit are just not good with customer service/support, which is unfortunate because the majority of their products are very good.
-
Yes, this has been an issue for a long time and there have been many posts asking Iobit to remove the Softonic link. Unfortunately Iobit
have not done so and it seems they are unlikely to do so.
So in future when you see an update notice, do not click the link. Instead go to the News & Update section of the forum and download the update there.
-
Whe you say "the IObit website"... do you mean the download link in the News & Updates section of this forum, because I have just tested it and it takes me to
majorgeeks.
-
I do not know why you think Softonic is Iobit's preferred download site.
If you had looked in the News & Updates section of the Forum you would have seen that the official download mirror is Majorgeeks.
-
Could you please tell us where you accessed this "3 Minute Christmas Mega Deal".
I cannot find it anywhere on this Forum.
It sounds to me that you were dealing with a third party and not Iobit directly.
Also, please understand that this is a volunteer forum. We do not work for Iobit. We are simply users helping other users. That said we will try to assist you regarding
the appalling situation you describe.

Most likely your antivirus/antimalware program is preventing the installation.
Try disabling them until the installation is complete.
If you only have windows defender, then disable that and try the installation.
Also, you should download ASC from the link here in the News & Offers section of the forum.
-
What errors have you seen. We cannot help you without some info.
The malwarebytes scan is a false positive. There are many posts about this in the forum.
-
if you disable AdBlock, does the issue still occur.
-
This issue can be caused by a misbehaving browser extension.
Try starting your browser with all extensions disabled to see if the issues stops. If it does, then activate each extension until you find the extension causing the issue.

Where can I insert the key I paid for for ASC13 in July to use it? Or how do I get a friggin refund??
Try reading the Product Manual.

I have updated to ASCU13. I like the new design! I also have Malware Fighter 7.4 (free). I've been getting alerts regarding a threat called "JS.adware.lnkr.A". I tap to remove the threat but it comes back again within a few hours. Any suggestions for removing and preventing this threat?
This normally enters your PC through Browser Extensions. So you should disable your browser extensions, then do a scan and remove the threat.
See if the the threat reappears. If it does not then you can enable your browser extensions one at a time and again see if the threat returns. If it does then you know the
browser extension responsible and you can remove it.

i have a paid subscription for advanced systemcare ultimate now when I run an update with it , im told to download advanced systemcare pro … I am very disappointed about this
I do not understand what exactly is your issue.
I assume you are running ASCU (advanced systemcare ultimate) and if you click on Check for updates you are offered ASC pro....is this correct.
-
I think it would be good if you looked at the News & Offers section of the Forum where you can download all the latest Iobit products...and there..you will see that the recommended download link is
Majorgeeks.

Windows Defender scanned my pc today - and found the Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A in the asc-ultimate-setup.exe program. Fortunately this is quarantined. How to explain a Trojan virus in your executable file? I downloaded from your site. So I should uninstall ASCU 13?
As you can see, I moved your post to the correct sub-forum.
As for your issue.....If you look through the forum you will find many posts regarding Trojans detected in Iobit products.
You will see that these detections are false positives, due to different AV programs setting new detection criteria/definitions.
You should upload the file to Virus Total and see if it is considered a danger. I suspect that it is probably just considered to be a PUP.
If you are satisfied that it is not a danger, then you should include it in Windows defender whitelist, and continue to enjoy ASCU 13.
I have never seen a case where an Iobit product was responsible for an infection on a users machine.

Why do you want to add a game to ASC. The users in this Topic are talking about adding agame trainer to their Anti-virus program whitelist.
ASC is not an anti-virus program
