No...I am not a bit surprised that Iobit were of no help to you. That is pretty much the norm now.
They used to be great support, but those days are gone.

What exactly do you mean.
Why would you want to download a previous version that was licenced.?
When the licence expires the version would still work but the Pro (licenced) functions would be deactivated.

I had the same error on Windows 10. I tried to download IObit Malware Fighter 5.5, because the previous version killed my Internet connectivity. And I got the network error. So my solution was to upgrade to the version 6.4. It works well with Windows 10 now.

I have given you all the info. I advised you to go to the Driver Booster section of the forum and read the many topics on this issue.
Also I have advised you how to trouble shoot the problem, with System restore and Roll back the drivers.

This issue or similar issues have been dealt with many times in the forum. If you read through the Topics in Driver Booster section, you will find the answer.
In short, it is likely you have gotten a bad/incompatible driver from DB.
Most likely, you allowed DB to automatically update all your drivers.
This is a bad idea, and we have warned many times in the forum that it is advisable to update drivers one at a time or in blocks of 3 or 4 so that if issues occur you will
be able to identify the problem driver, and roll it back to the previous driver version.
Now, the easiest way to resolve this, is to restore your system to a time before you installed DB.
If you do not have a restore point to do this, then you will have to try and rollback drivers individually until you find the driver causing the issue.
In future read the Forums regarding new software before installing it in order to identify any possible issues or recommendations regarding the software.

Actually....the only Iobit products I use are ASC and Uninstaller....so no....I am not more familiar.
When you asked your questions, I looked up the Product Manuals, just as I advised you to do.

I do not know if we are having a language/communication difficulty, but I is hard to figure out exactly what issue you have.
The difference between ASC and ASC Ultimate is quite clear in the Manuals.
Simply, ASC Ultimate is ASC+Anti-Virus. It was created so that a user did not have to have a seperate Anti-virus programme but could get all the functions of ASC plus the addition of a complete Anti-virus
program.
As regard to the doc's not making reference to any other Iobit software,....if you click in the Toolbox section it will show you (on the left hand side) other Iobit products which you can install.

I think you missed my meaning. I mean, if I buy ASC Ultimate, and drop ASC Pro, What other IObit software will I not need to renew. Is there anything in ASC Pro, not in ASC Ultimate?

No!....I did not miss your meaning. I answered the question you asked, which referenced "Upgrade" and did not mention "Buy".
As I said previously, read the Product Manuals from the link I provided and you will see what each Product offers and whether there is any overlap.

You simply download and install them again and use your Licence keys (which you should have) to activate them

Ultimate is a completely seperate product, so you cannot upgrade from ASC to Ultimate. If you want Ultimateyou must install it.

I ASC 12.6 settings go to "Check for Updates"

It looks great and smooth but...
The Performance monitor and the Toolbox was an essential extension of this wonderful software. This will be perfect if iObit can re-establish those functions.

I do not see how that makes sense.
If you read the Product Manual for Iobit Uninstaller, it states clearly that it will update all your programs.
"Software Updater helps you get your important programs up to date easily and efficiently.
Pro users can Update All outdated programs with just 1-click."
Also, according to the Product Manual...
"Install Monitor detects and logs changes made to your system during a program installation, which ensures all changes can be fully restored when the program is no longer needed"
WWhich means that it is quite simple for Iobit Uninstaller to detect the Update file for any installed programme.

Don't try to uninstall protected folder or else you'll lose all of your data. Try to unlock the main folder first with the appropriate password and then unlock the internal folder with it's appropriate password.

The Performance Monitor is still there. Read back a few posts and you will see where to find it.
The Font size can be changed in ASC....see Configure UI in User Manual.
You can create your own Skins and make the Scan button anything you want.....or select a skin already created by other Users....see the Skins section of the Forum. Also when you open the ASC Menu (click the hamburger button) you will see a blank Skin box which when selected will take you to the Skins section.
As a Technical Writer and User Interface Design Specialist...I am surprised that you did not check the User Manual and or the ASC Forum section before making your suggestions.
