Thank you for the kind reply. Not only have you not oversteeped your bounds, but your post is very much appreciated. As you can see, it would have taken little effort for Iobit to have posted this information here in the forum. I am sure it will be of help to other users. There have been many posts regarding Performance monitor issues.

It would be very helpful if Iobit posted the solution here as well, instead of just solving the issue for just one user via email. The issue was after all raised in the forum and therefore the solution should be given in the forum. I am sure it would be appreciated by other users.

Thats the risk of googling. Fortunately their are still considerate people like you, who are willing to help.
I find it very sad that Iobit do not have a facility for users to access older versions of programs. Surely it is better to have satisfied users rather than forcing them to stay with newer versions which are problematic.

At least your SD 5 does something, albeit unexplanable. For me once the Defrag reaches 30% all the tiles in the map suddenly change colour, with most of them showing black (which I designated as unmovable). The "Moving" square then just sits in one place flashing, even though the program continues to show slow progress.
I have gone back to SD 2.9 which I found to be the most stable and effective version, and I immediately saw a huge improvement in my PC speed.
I do not think this fast track version development has served Iobit very well.....Quality has badly suffered in the pursuit of quantity.

That is strange. Iobit will have to look into this.
In the meantime while you are waiting for them to reply, you could put the affected programs into the ignore list. They will then be ignored during scan and the registry entries will not be affected.
In ASC go to Settings/Ignore List/Registry Fix.

I have problem with this version.....
Everytime I clean Register my PC ASUS AI Suite, EPU and FanXpert2 crash
When I restore my PC is ok.
I never had any problems with older versions so is something wrong with this....
Check your Registry Fix settings and see if Deep Clean is selected (ticked). If so, untick it as the Deep Clean should only be used by advanced users who understand the workings of the registry.

Did you install the driver, and if so did this cause the issue.
Which automatic system are you referring to.
When you say " undo backup" do you mean "undo changes"

Supposed to be on a free trial but no change still on free ASC, hope they do not bill me at the end of this supposed free trial.

I must agree with Enoskype. If B is fully automatic and does not have the dropdown manu to allow the user to decide the defrag method, then I would also choose anything but design B.
I honestly do not understand the logic behind such a move.

I love Driver Booster 3! It helped me update over 8 different divers! Not even Pc Reviver did that! Send my 1 year liscence to email address removed :D

Well I use Advance Systemcare Pro but I use Malware Fighter, Smart Defrag and The Driver Booster Free. I Love all of your products the UI's are great and easy to use. I would love to malware fighter and Smart Defrag in the pro editions but your software is great and I would recommand it to any and everyone. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT PRODUCTS.
If you are hoping for a free licence, please read the previous posts on how to achieve it. A review here is not the correct procedure.

There appears to be a fair bit of confusion regarding ASCU 9. User jmt@cesnz.co.nz is requesting the link for ASCU 9 which does not yet exist to the best of my knowledge.
This confusion has occurred since the Topic relating to feedback for ASCU 9 was opened and users are assuming that ASCU 9 therefore exists.

Just got ASC 9 beta 3 and it wanted me to uninstall version 8? Just thought it would ask on final but not in the beta version. Just wondering it all. Can you say why we need to enter a code the this beta? I can see why if it was the final. One last thing isthere any release nots so we know what was added, changed, and fix?.
There were many discussions regarding this issue and the outcome was that Iobit do not follow the accepted standards regarding version/release protocols, so basically Beta means nothing except that it generates feedback. Same goes for having to use a code for a Beta release.
Also.changelogs are not something which Iobit deem necessary.
One can only hope this will change.
